1. Membership Overview

The Mushroom Club is a nature-based online and offline membership offering live group sessions, digital resources, and community features to support personal growth and well-being.

Membership includes:

• 4x Annual in-person forest bathing sessions
• 1x Monthly online wellbeing workshops
• 1x Monthly online mindful meditations
• Seasonal affirmations & recorded meditations
• Special seasonal member-only online and offline events
• Discounts on additional on- and off-line events
• Digital resources including nature connection and wellbeing documents
• Online community offering a space to share, support and lift up one another
• Seasonal vitamiN digital magazine
• Member-led group talks (coming soon!)
• Access to nature-based audio content via the Nature SoundLab (coming soon!)

2. Payment & Subscription

• Membership fees are billed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, biannually, or annually).
• Prices are clearly listed at checkout and may be subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
• Your membership will auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with section 4.

3. Currency & International Members

• Non-UK members may be charged in local currency via your payment provider.
• Any currency conversion fees or international charges are the responsibility of the member.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us at he***@******rx.com.
• No refunds are issued for partial use of a billing cycle (e.g., if cancelling mid-month).
• If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of the paid term.

5. Content Use & Copyright

• All materials provided within the Mushroom Club—including audio, video, written content, and guided sessions—are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Gina Geremia trading as n8tureRx.
• Membership grants personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public broadcast without written permission is prohibited

6. Community Conduct

• The mushroom club is a safe, inclusive space. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in discriminatory, disruptive, or harmful behaviour without refund.
• You agree to engage respectfully with other members and facilitators.

7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

• The content and sessions provided are for educational and wellness support purposes only.
• They are not intended as medical, psychological, or legal advice, and should not replace professional diagnosis or treatment.
• By joining, you confirm that you are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
• We only collect and store information necessary for delivering your membership services.

9. Termination & Changes

• We reserve the right to update or modify membership features and pricing. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
