Rest is what we do Best
We understand what it means to need true rest. To feel fatigued, burned out, running on empty, stuck and exhausted. We know you want to feel like yourself again. You need to feel aligned and clear. You deserve to be cared for, too.
It’s time to retreat to the

True rest is much more than a good night’s sleep.
Instead of recharging on the weekends after depriving yourself of rest all week, true rest enables you to stabilize sleep cravings and manage your physical and mental state.
True rest is multidimensional.
It takes care of you through all of life’s transitions, helping you mange stress, anxiety, challenges and setbacks.
True rest supports healing.
It helps you prevent and recover from physical, mental and emotional illness and injury.
Whether you’re burned out, feeling flat, or simply craving stillness and reconnection, this retreat offers you the rest you didn’t know you needed.
Rebound, Restore, Rejuvenate
When our rest is sufficiently topped up, we are better able to manage our mental, emotional and physical state, no matter what life throws at us. And when given the right opportunity and proper guidance, your body, mind and soul fully commit to Rebounding, Restoring, and Rejuvenating Rest.
Do you recognize your need for any or all of them?
1. Rebound
Recover from exhaustion with meditation, forest bathing, and sound therapy
2. Restore
Reflect and prepare with yoga, energy coaching, kinesiology, and guided wellness prompts
3. Rejuvenate
Re-enter life with vitality through nourishing food, social connections, and creative experiences.
8 Types of Rest
We invite you to be gentle with yourself, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and lean into healing. To do this, we guide you through eight types of rest. This holistic experience enables you to Rebound, Restore and Rejuvenate and carry the healing into your daily lives.
Physical Rest
Release tension, restore energy, and move in harmony with Yoga, Kinesiology, Somatic Movement, and Energy Healing.
Mental Rest
Clear mental clutter and experience mindful stillness through silence, stillness and sensory experiences.
Creative Rest
Reignite inspiration through nature’s beauty – no pressure, no performance. Just feel your way through the day.
Spiritual Rest
Reconnect with meaning and purpose by connecting with nature and your retreat partners.
Emotional Rest
Dissolve mental stress, find balance, restore your natural rhythm with Meditation, Mindfulness, and Energy Coaching.
Social Rest
Small, supportive group with space for you to be your authentic self. Engage or embrace solitude – the day is yours.
Sensory Rest
Escape overstimulation and embrace nature’s rhythms with Forest Bathing and Nature Sound Therapy.
Environmental Rest

What does Rest mean to you right now? It means truly disconnecting from everything and quieting my busy mind.
What’s one nature ritual or habit that helps you recharge? Going to walk around the headlands here and breathing the sea air. I also often take my shoes of and ground myself whilst looking at the sea.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about your approach? They are surprised to learn that they have the ability to heal their traumas, pains and even disease. My approach is to rebalance and recharge their energy so they are empowered to heal and live a healthier and happier life.

Gina Geremia
Nature Therapy Practitioner
Integrative Energy Coach
What does Rest mean to you right now? To be void of cravings or the need to detox from anything. Keeping a sufficient amount of vital energy to tap into and manage those levels so I never feel depleted.
What’s one nature ritual or habit that helps you recharge? Lying down on the Earth – in my garden, the forest, beach, wherever. When I lie down and feel bare skin touching the Earth I feel all of me recharge.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about your approach? People are often surprised by how effortlessly and naturally they ease into rest. By tuning into the energy they bring and gently flowing with it, the shift can feel almost imperceptible—yet it leads to a deeply impactful experience.

Hazel Harvey
Yoga Instructor
What does Rest mean to you right now? Not thinking about the things you think you should be doing, but being fully present in the moment.
What’s one nature ritual or habit that helps you recharge? Sitting in my garden, noticing my breath, feeling the air on my skin, the earth below and the space around me.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about your approach? Movement aligned with breath can be playful, it helps clear away all the shoulds and should haves, can be exhilarating, liberating, and aid a restful clarity.
