Join me for a gentle forest bathing ceremony, a slow, sensory-led journey through the beautiful Broaks Wood outside of Sible Hedingham, Essex. Through breath, mindful connection, and carefully guided invitations, you’ll soften into the magic of the season and reconnect with your inner rhythm. This experience is an opportunity to unplug from the noise, nourish your nervous system, and feel deeply held by nature’s quiet embrace.

What to Expect

💠 A mindful walk (1–1.5 km / ~1.5 hours) designed to:
• Reduce stress + anxiety
• Calm the nervous system
• Support clarity, presence, and emotional grounding
• Enhance immune function and overall wellbeing

💠 Gentle sensory practices that help you tune into the beauty of winter — the textures, the breath of the trees, the glow of the returning light.

💠 A closing nature ritual to welcome renewal, set intentions, and celebrate this turning point of the year.

About Forest Bathing

Known in Japan as Shinrin-yoku  (“bathing in the atmosphere of the forest”) this evidence-based wellbeing practice is proven to lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormones, improve mental health, and deepen the human–nature connection.
