Mushroom Club Mindful Meditation (Online!)
Guided calm with practical tools for everyday ease.
These guided mindfulness sessions are here to help you reset — easing stress and anxiety while strengthening your ability to stay grounded in daily life. Each 30–45 minute session focuses on a wellbeing theme such as calm, clarity, focus, emotional regulation, purpose, or self-awareness.
You’ll be guided through breathwork, sensory awareness, and nature-based mindfulness practices designed to settle the mind and support the nervous system. Whether you join camera-on or quietly in your own space, this is a calm, non-judgmental circle where you can simply arrive as you are.
After the guided practice, you’re welcome to share anything from your experience — or remain quietly reflective.
