Dear foResters,

Welcome to foRest. I’m Gina Geremia, integrative coach, nature therapy practitioner, and the curator of this holistic day. I’m looking forward to meeting you at Dedham Vale Vineyard 15 August 2025! foRest will offer us a transformative day together. I’ve poured my heart into creating an experience that is rooted in the wisdom of nature, the science of rest, and the healing power of human connection. The experience balances awarness with rest, learning with creativity, and personal discovery with nature connection.

We’ll explore the deep connection between movement, mindfulness, noticing nature, and restoring our natural rhythm. Together, we’ll discover (and rediscover) new ways of moving, being, and connecting with the natural landscapes around us and within us. We’ll explore and experience a multi-dimensional rest to rebound, restore and rejuvenate.

I know that each of you brings something unique to this gathering, and I’m grateful to have you join this foRest community.

Step 1: Complete the Paperwork

Please take time to complete these three forms before the 31st of July. All three should not take you more than 15 minutes to complete. Just click the link to complete the form.

*We aim to evaluate the impact of the retreat using a self-assessment tool which will be provided at the end of the day and again one month later. This assessment will contribute to a deeper understanding of the effects of time in nature on human health, self-fulfilment, and wellbeing which will be used to make adjustments for future retreats and events.

Step 2: Review the Resources

Stepping into foRest is a unique experience. The day is designed to gently nurture you so you can rebound from exhaustion, restore your inner peace, and return to your everyday life rejuvenated and with a new sense of self having tapped into your natural rhythm. 

The foRest Programme gives you a sense of how the day is structured. We offer a balance of guided invitations blended with social and solo moments to help you reconnect with your natural rhythm.

In a couple of weeks we will give you the final itinerary complete with your scheduled 1:1 Kinesiology treatment. You can now visit Patricia’s website, Kinesiology 4 Wellness to learn more about the treatments she offers.

*It is essential you complete the Medical Form to help Patricia prepare for your session. If we have not received your completed form, we cannot guarantee your session will be reserved.

Shortly, I will update this page with a How to Prepare section to help you physically and mentally prepare for this restful, nature immersive experience.

Now’s your chance to ask all of those burning questions you have about energy, behaviour, neuroscience, and rest and help put all of what you experienced and want for yourself into action.

  • Take the behaviour drivers questionnaire and get immediate results and solutions.
  • Understand your values and how to shift your mindset and behaviour so you’re living congruently with them.
  • Assess your needs and learn how to communicate them more effectively.
